This site is an editorial guide and nothing else.
It is not a travel agency, it does not book, hold or sell accommodation, and it takes no commission from any hotel named on it. Nothing here is an offer, and no relationship with a hotel is created by reading it.
What the entries are not
Entries describe shelves and the rooms holding them. They are not a bibliography, not a catalogue of any collection, and not a recommendation to read anything. No title and no author is named anywhere on this site, and no assessment of any collection is made or implied.
Accuracy
Hotels refit rooms, move furniture and change hands. We give no warranty that a description remains accurate after the month shown on the Shelf checked line, and you should confirm anything you intend to rely on with the hotel itself before you travel.

Links to other sites are given for reference. We do not control what they publish and take no responsibility for it. Text and photographs on this site belong to the people who made them and may not be reproduced without permission.
Corrections and liability
Corrections are handled as set out on the corrections page. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on any description in it.
